This theme is dear to my senses, when pondering upon maybe it’s the absence of colors stimulating the imaginative mind to experience different ways of perceiving reality. Furthermore, this theme possesses a romantic atmosphere around it, possibly due to nostalgia connection to previous times (when photography/cinematography were translated only in black and white) and or due to the simple fact of black and white duo color ‘dance of contrast’.
